By accessing or using YouGotHired ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YouGotHired is an AI-powered interview preparation platform. We provide AI-generated interview questions tailored to specific companies and roles, answer scoring, and rewriting tools. AI outputs are suggestions and may not be fully accurate.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, answers, experiences). We process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, circumventing rate limits, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is not professional career advice. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouGotHired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
